Around the House & More

Have you seen the new Rachael Ray show? If you have you know how great it is. I really love how much fun she has on her show. It just bubbles over into her audience and right through the TV into your home. She shares her life experiences with you and asks the audience to share theirs. I like Pot Luck Thursday the best. She gives the audience the their choice of what she should make and they get to try it after it is done. The show also, donates the one the audience didn’t chose to the food kitchen. If you have not seen the show I highly recommend it. It is fun and very entertaining. There is never a dull moment.

Whoa!  What a busy week, and we are headed for another busy one.  It’s spirit week at our girls school.  Just in case you don’t know what that is, it is like homecoming for middle school.  So, everyday they have a theme that they have to dress for.  They will be judged everyday to see who has the best costume for the day.  It is very important that everything is just right for this big week. 

I am so busy with our girls.  They are involved in Cheer leading at their middle school.  They have games twice a week.  Of, course fall is right around the corner.  I have been trying to fit some crafting into my busy schedule.  I want to cross stitch Christmas ornaments.  I take my cross stitch where ever I go. It is kind of relaxing for me, and it is something that I can lay down anytime and get back to later.  I get to wrapped up in the games to get any done.  I know this seems a little early to be worrying about this but, you know the holidays are right around the corner.

I just received my Kraft magazine Food and Family today. If you know about this magazine then you know how great it is. If not, you should. Just go to www.kraftfoods.com/share. It always has great recipes that are easy to make. I have made several things from this magazine. Of course the best thing about it is that it is FREE. Yes, you heard me right FREE. No strings attached. You can also sign up online to receive Kraft recipes. This months issue features great fall comfort foods. Can’t wait to try some out on my family.
